Patient Portal UPDATE
In June 2020 we began work on improving our patient portal and will be phasing out our existing portal. The new platform will be a big improvement but is not quite complete yet, so we recommend suspending your use of the current patient portal - for now. Though you can still log in if you have already registered, we do recommend using our other contact options for the time being. We will take care of everything that you would have done on the portal. We will let you know when the new portal is available.
We are not accepting any new enrollments to our patient portal at this time.

- Easy: call our Patient Contact Center at 925 939-8585 and request a call back. Please note that in Summer 2020 there is a hold time on our phone lines as patients book back in after COVID-19. We recommend e-mailing us with your phone number and request and we'll call you back as soon as we can, we promise.
