Patient Portal UPDATE
In 2020 we began work on improving our patient portal and will be phasing out our existing portal. The new platform will be a big improvement but is not quite complete yet, so we recommend suspending your use of the current patient portal - for now. Though you can still log in if you have already registered, we do recommend calling us to take care of everything for you. We will let you know when the new portal is available.
We are not accepting any new enrollments to our patient portal at this time.
- Please call our Patient Contact Center and request a call back. Please note that in 2021 there is a hold time on our phone lines as patients book back in after COVID. If you are on hold on our phone lines, you can leave a call back number and we will return your call as soon as we can, we promise.
